Refund & Return Policy

Our Quality Guarantee

Every bar of soap we create is handcrafted with care using premium, natural ingredients. We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost
  • No need to return the damaged item

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit and tracking shows no delivery, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Please allow 7 business days past the expected delivery date before reporting a lost package, as shipments are occasionally delayed.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us immediately. We will ship the correct item(s) at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item(s) if needed.

Returns for Personal Preference

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened or used. This policy ensures the safety and hygiene of all our customers.

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (minus original shipping costs). Items must be in their original, sealed packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Soap Club Subscriptions

You may cancel your Soap Club subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation requests received after billing has processed will apply to the following month. No refunds are provided for subscription boxes that have already shipped.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  2. Include your order number and describe the issue
  3. Attach photos if applicable (damaged items, wrong products)
  4. We will respond within 24-48 hours with a resolution

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
