How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please contact us immediately at info@sunnysweethc.com if you need to change your shipping address. We can update it as long as your order hasn't shipped yet.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes! We ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, express shipping is not available for PO Box addresses.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
We stand behind our products. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos if possible. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

How is free shipping calculated?
Free shipping applies to orders of $50 or more after any discounts are applied. It's calculated based on the subtotal, not including taxes.
